COVID-19 Update

You will no doubt be aware of the current difficulties the world is facing due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We are actively monitoring the rapidly evolving Coronavirus situation.
Amazon has announced it is temporarily stopping the shipping of non-essential products in most areas of Europe and the US. However, we understand how important it is to deliver your goods to your door. At the Neewer family we are working very hard to co-ordinate with various logistic suppliers to ensure delivery of your order, and to protect the health of our people, and our customers.
We have already made a series of adjustments that some of the order will be shipped directly from our various warehouses in Europe and the US rather than from Amazon. The delivery time may be longer than usual due to the significant reduction in airlines and the extra checks on people at the borders and/or at various depots. When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within 4 to 6 business days but could be up to 10 business days. When shipping within the EU, your order will arrive within 7 to 15 business days based on your location.
At the Neewer family, we have implemented an at home-working system to ensure the health and safety of our staff, and the larger community. Should you have any queries with regards to your order, please give us a ring or contact us at support@neewer.com. We have been operating remotely over the past few days and we are confident that we can successfully work in this manner until the country has overcome the worst of the coronavirus.
