- We accept returns for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the order date, provided the item is brand new and in its original package.
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Please note: If the return is for reasons other than a product quality issue (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We do not cover return shipping costs in such cases.
-Refunds for orders placed on our website will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a gift card of equivalent value will be provided.

- For orders delivered to freight forwarding services, we are not responsible for any package lost in transit from the courier service point to the final physical address, and no refunds will be issued.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain the return address within the United States or other applicable international destination. After submitting your return request, please ensure the product is shipped within 3 business days.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The refund amount will appear in your account within 3–5 business days. For both refunds and replacements, the item must be received at our warehouse before processing.
